Breiðaból typeface
School project. My first crack at type design was creating this almost modular pixel typeface, using references from old Icelandic manuscripts. This rudimentary construction is a work in progress, although it can be downloaded at fontstruct.com. Much to my surprise it got a special mention by the fontstruct staff.
